What is the Time Clock MTS Client Program?
The Time Clock MTS Client program (see the image above) is used by employees to clock in and out of your employee time clock software.
- If you are using the Stand Alone Edition of Time Clock MTS you do not need to use the client program and should read about the Time Clock MTS Administrator program instead.
- If you are using the Network Edition then you can have the client installed on up to 20 computers.
- If you are using the Network PLUS Edition then you can have it installed on up to 99 computers.
The client program needs to be installed on computers where employees will be punching in or out and these computers are known as “clients”. Each Time Clock MTS Client program on your computers is connected to the same time clock data store and your employee attendance data is shared between them. In addition to the client software you must have the Time Clock MTS Administrator program installed on one computer so you can manage your time clock software.
