…accounting has informed me that they could now edit times successfully while employees were clocked in. This was wonderful news, as prior to that any editing of times needed to be done off hours and remotely.

BTW the program works great. I was using (Product Name Removed) for W7 Pro and for over six months it worked intermittently – at best and their tech people were/are unable to solve problem. Last six months I had to go to services in W7 Pro and turn them on, last week that quit working they worked on for 5 hours said they’d get back to me, still waiting…
Found your company’s software on a search and would never go back to (Product Name Removed).

No problem, your program is several orders of magnitude better than the (Product Name Removed) was – even when it limped along. Simple, clean and quick vs theirs clunky and slow – if at all.
