We are new users of Time Clock MTS and couldn’t be happier. We needed a replacement for a very expensive (and never adequate) time clock system and came across MTS. For the price, it is the best bang-for-the-buck you can find with a range of features that works perfectly for us. We had a few questions when we started using it and even though MTS is based halfway around the world we got answers – correct answers! – quickly. We can’t recommend this product enough.
Before using Timeclock MTS software we used spreadsheets that each of our employees filled out when they entered and left their shifts. They worked but they left plenty of room for entering inaccurate in/out times. Not only that, we also had to update our spreadsheets frequently and printing out our employee timesheets for payroll took more time than we needed it to. Now that we have Timeclock MTS, securely entering accurate in/out times for each of our employees is a snap! The software is easy to install and hassle free! Since using Timeclock MTS, it’s saved us time and money!
We started our clinic in 2006 with a nurse, a doctor, and a receptionist in a small, 5 exam room office. Payroll was easy back then — 1 hourly employee. Within the year, we had a doubling of business and expanded to a total of 10 employees in a new office. We had to keep up with overtime, different pay rates, vacation accrual, etc. The hardest part was keeping up with the huge stack of paper punch cards every 2 weeks. Tabulating them in time to authorize a direct deposit cost me my lunch break every other Wednesday.
We have LOVED the Timeclock MTS platform. Its network database means that we never need to have 1 dedicated machine running just the timeclock. We had 5 machines with Timeclock MTS client so there is always a terminal available. The ability to print a punchcard report allows our employees to check for errors themselves. We also have student who report in for University credits. Adding and Removing employees is so quick and easy. Having the ability to set them into a different “Department” makes bookkeeping a breeze since they don’t show up in our actual employee punchcard sheets.
Time Clock MTS has been a great value and more than paid for itself with the time and money it has saved us.
I am the office manager at a very busy physical therapy clinic. We have been using Timesheets MTS software for several years. Not only is it a great product but the customer service is OUTSTANDING! We were using the server-based software but have recently moved to the internet-based software. The transition was easy and once again, the customer service took us right through the process with ease. I cannot say enough about this company! Keep doing what you’re doing MTS!
