We have been using Time Clock MTS for about 5 years now. It has been a great asset to our office. The system is low-cost and user friendly. We love that it saves the employees time and eliminates time sheet errors. Payroll duties are hassle-free and much more time efficient!
As a small business trying to keep expenses under control keeping track of part time employes who are hourly employees with changing shifts was an issue. Once we installed Time Clock MTS, that problem simply vanished. It’s easy to use, so employees were Ok with the shift from paper cards and the reporting functions make the actual payroll preparation a breeze.
We have been using Time Clock MTS for the last five years. Our current configuration is with 15 inch touch screens for our employees to clock in with. This gives them on the spot capability to view their past clock times and print reports directly from the screen. The ease of use and continual updates and enhancements by the company are what really makes this software great!
We run a Discipleship training school and use MTS Time Clock as our attendance system. As we have grown over the last few years from 40 students to over 70 students we quickly realized that the system we had for keeping track of attendance and tardies was no longer viable. So we started searching for a system that would be simple and easy to track. That is when we came across the MTS system. Even though we are not using its full capability and function, it has simplified the work it takes to keep up with attendance and allowed us to easily convert the data into a digital file that we can keep for historical mapping.
We started using the Timekeeping System in January 23, 2012. Since then we have had more accurately in recording the hours for the agencies and for our board members, grants writers, the court system and volunteers/trainees for letters of reference. We so appreciate the time we are able to use for training instead of all the time that is required to do job punch cards etc. The Timekeeping System is a valuable asset in our organization and we like to thank Mark Nemtsas for his support and generosity since the start, with great software and support team equals total customer satisfaction.
