Before using Timeclock MTS software we used spreadsheets that each of our employees filled out when they entered and left their shifts. They worked but they left plenty of room for entering inaccurate in/out times. Not only that, we also had to update our spreadsheets frequently and printing out our employee timesheets for payroll took more time than we needed it to.
