What are Bulletins?
Time Clock MTS employee bulletins are a useful way of communicating with your employees. You can access employee bulletins while logged in as the administrator from the Tools->Employee Bulletin Board menu. Note that bulletins can only be seen at clock in. An example of the use of employee bulletins could be when a staff meeting is required. You could use Time Clock MTS to create a bulletin and allocate it to all Time Clock MTS employees. The next time anyone clocks into Time Clock MTS they will see a popup message telling them about the staff meeting. Another example might be that an employee is needed to provide a medical certificate for a previous day off, they could be requested to do this via a bulletin.
Why Use Bulletins
To help improve your internal company communications. Time Clock MTS provides you with a simple means of communicating electronically with your employees even if they do not have regular access to a computer or email. Bulletins can help reduce wasted time and improve efficiencies by targetting your communications at a particular employee or company wide.
Adding a Bulletin
To add a bulletin just click the button. You will then be taken to the Add/Edit Bulletin screen. Be sure to use the checkbox to activate or deactivate each bulletin.
Editing a Bulletin
To edit a bulletin just click on the bulletin you want to edit in the bulletin list and then click the button. You will then be taken to the Edit Bulletin screen. Be sure to use the checkbox to activate or deactivate each bulletin.
Deleting a Bulletin
To delete a bulletin just click on the bulletin you want to delete in the bulletin list and then click the button.
The Bulletin Acceptance Report
To view a report of whether employees have accepted bulletins targeted at them or not click the button.
